How quickly do you respond?
We aim to reply within one business day for all enquiries. District procurement and data privacy requests are prioritised and typically receive a response within a few hours during weekdays.
Can I book a demo for my department?
Yes. Email schools@breya.academy with your school name, the number of students you are considering, and a few times that work. We will set up a 30-minute walkthrough tailored to your context.
We need a data processing agreement before our IT department will approve. Can you help?
Absolutely. We have a standard DPA ready to sign and can accommodate district-specific addenda. Email schools@breya.academy with your district's template if you have one.
Do you offer curriculum support for teachers new to CS?
Yes. Every plan includes access to our teacher guide, lesson pacing suggestions, and answer keys. We also offer onboarding calls for new school cohorts - mention this in your email and we will schedule one.
I am a student having trouble accessing my class. Who do I contact?
Start by checking with your teacher - they can reset your access from the dashboard. If the issue is technical (error messages, broken features), email support@breya.academy with a screenshot and your school name.
